Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to purchases made directly through our official HEALEEX online store.

HEALEEX products sold through this store are positioned as home-use wellness appliances intended to support general wellbeing and everyday self-care, strictly according to the applicable User Manual and safety documentation. They are not sold through this store as medical devices or as substitutes for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or care.

Product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are invitations to order, not binding offers by us. Your order becomes binding when you complete checkout. We may accept or reject an order. A sales contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation accepting your order or when we dispatch the goods, whichever occurs first.

We may decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, unauthorized payment use, pricing or technical errors, stock unavailability, sanctions or export-control concerns, legal restrictions, or suspected breach of this page.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the store or at checkout. The total payable amount shown to you before checkout confirmation is the amount we charge for the order through the store. Where VAT, sales tax, duties, or import-tax amounts are collected at checkout, they will be shown before you complete the order. Where they are not collected at checkout, they remain your responsibility.

If you are buying from outside Croatia or outside the EU, you are responsible for ensuring that the product can be lawfully imported into the destination country and for complying with destination-country import rules, unless we expressly state otherwise in writing. You are also responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, company, and customs-related information.

Payments are processed through Shopify Checkout, with Shopify Payments as the default payment processor, together with any other payment methods made available at checkout. By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge the full order amount, including product price, shipping, taxes, and any other clearly disclosed charges.

We may conduct fraud, abuse, sanctions, and payment-security reviews before accepting or fulfilling an order. We may request additional verification, hold fulfillment, or cancel an order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

Shipping, delivery estimates, customs handling, risk of loss, and delivery issues are governed by the Shipping Policy below.

Returns, refunds, and EU withdrawal rights are governed by the Returns & Refund Policy below.

Warranty coverage and defect handling are governed by the Limited Warranty section below. Our commercial warranty is in addition to, and not instead of, any mandatory statutory rights available to eligible customers under applicable law.

Because HEALEEX products are sold for general wellness and wellbeing purposes only, we do not guarantee any specific personal experience, subjective feeling, or result. Individual responses vary.

Before opening a chargeback or bank dispute, please contact us at info@healeex.com so that we can attempt to resolve the issue directly. If a chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute is opened, we may suspend further fulfillment or support handling for the affected order while the matter is being reviewed. We may provide relevant order, delivery, communications, and account records to payment processors, banks, card networks, insurers, or dispute-handling providers to respond to the claim. We may also decline duplicate refunds while a payment dispute is pending. Nothing in this clause limits any non-excludable consumer rights.

Written consumer complaints may be sent to info@healeex.com. Please include your name, order number, contact details, and a clear description of the issue. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

Consumers may also contact competent consumer protection authorities or alternative dispute resolution bodies where available under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the sale, delivery, delay, or use of products purchased through this store. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to direct damages reasonably foreseeable at the time of contracting and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, not exceeding the amount actually paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs holds, war, terrorism, cyber incidents, pandemics, epidemics, labor disputes, utility failures, shortages, transport failures, or government action.

If any provision of this page is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

This page and any sales contract formed under it are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. If you are a consumer, mandatory protections of the law of your country of habitual residence remain unaffected where applicable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the competent courts in Zagreb, Croatia have jurisdiction.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, consumers may also seek assistance from available alternative dispute resolution bodies or consumer-assistance bodies where applicable. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is no longer in operation.

Wellness Product Disclaimer

HEALEEX products, website content, support communications, marketing materials, educational materials, product information, and technology-related background content are provided for general wellness, wellbeing, and informational purposes only.

Nothing on this website or in our materials is medical advice, medical diagnosis, treatment advice, or a substitute for consultation with a licensed healthcare professional.

Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing for a specific product and market, HEALEEX products are not offered through this website as medical devices and are not marketed through this website for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of disease.

HEALEEX products are not intended for emergency use, life-support use, or any use where delay, misuse, or failure could create a risk of medical harm.

Do not use HEALEEX if any of the following apply unless a qualified healthcare professional has clearly advised otherwise in a way that is lawful in your jurisdiction:

current or suspected pregnancy;
the presence of a pacemaker, implanted electronic medical device, defibrillator, neurostimulator, or similar implant;
epilepsy, a seizure disorder, or a history of seizures;
known serious cardiovascular or neurological conditions;
any circumstance in which physical stimulation devices have been medically discouraged.

Do not apply HEALEEX over or very close to the eyes, over the thyroid gland where known sensitivity or thyroid issues are present, over known blood clots or high-risk clotting areas, or on or inside any body cavity. All internal use is strictly prohibited.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you have a known or suspected medical condition affecting the intended use area, are recovering from recent surgery, have a fresh injury, have implanted metal in the intended use area, have severe local inflammation, infection, or open wounds, or have diagnosed or suspected malignant tissue changes.

Frail individuals and children should use HEALEEX only under responsible adult supervision and never without proper guidance.

Use the product only as directed in the user instructions and safety materials. Do not modify the product or use it in any unauthorized manner.

Stop use and seek medical advice if you experience pain, dizziness, skin irritation, unusual discomfort, or any unexpected reaction.

Any testimonials, examples, reviews, social-media content, or anecdotes relating to HEALEEX reflect individual experiences only. They are not guarantees, predictions, clinical proof, or medical evidence. Individual responses vary.

Any references to science, engineering, testing, product design, technical background, or research and development are provided to explain the background of our work and do not imply medical-device status, clinical validation, disease-related claims, or any medical intended use.

Affiliates, educators, distributors, resellers, wellness professionals, and other third parties are not authorized to make medical, disease, or therapeutic claims about HEALEEX unless we have expressly approved those exact claims in writing. Unauthorized third-party statements are not binding on us.

If any legacy, third-party, reseller, testimonial, blog, video, or informal content conflicts with this Wellness & Safety Disclaimer, this Disclaimer prevails and the conflicting statement should be disregarded.

Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through our official HEALEEX online store.

Orders are normally processed in the order received. Processing times may vary depending on stock availability, payment review, destination, carrier capacity, public holidays, and operational conditions. Any stated processing or dispatch time is an estimate only unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing.

We may limit shipping to specific countries, territories, postal codes, delivery methods, or customer types. Destination availability is determined by store configuration and checkout settings and may change without notice.

Delivery estimates begin when an order is dispatched, not when it is placed. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Delays may occur because of customs review, weather, carrier disruption, local transport issues, labor actions, or force majeure events.

If tracking is available for your shipment method, we will provide tracking information after dispatch.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, repeated failed delivery attempt, or non-collection, we may deduct the direct costs actually incurred for return shipping, re-shipping, customs handling, storage, and carrier fees from any refund where permitted by law.

For international orders, customs duties, import VAT, local taxes, brokerage fees, and similar charges may apply. If such charges are collected at checkout, they will be shown before you complete your purchase. If they are not collected at checkout, they remain your responsibility and may be charged by the carrier or customs authority before or at delivery.

Some orders may ship on a delivered-duty-paid or similar prepaid-import basis where applicable import charges were collected at checkout. Other orders may ship on a delivered-at-place or similar unpaid-import basis where import charges remain payable by the customer on delivery. The checkout presentation for your order controls.

Customs procedures may delay delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or destination-country import review.

We may ship orders in separate packages where operationally necessary.

Risk of loss or damage passes according to applicable law and the Terms and Conditions of Sale above.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, if items are missing, or if tracking shows delivery but you have not received the parcel, contact info@healeex.com as soon as possible and, where possible, within 7 calendar days of delivery or the recorded delivery event. We may request photos, packaging details, and other evidence needed for a carrier or insurance claim.

If you refuse delivery or fail to take delivery and the parcel is returned to us, we may treat the order as a return and deduct any direct shipping, customs, storage, return, and handling charges actually incurred, where permitted by law.

Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This section explains our 30-day global return option and how it works alongside any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.

Our 30-day return promise. For products purchased directly from our official online store, you may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

This 30-day return promise is a voluntary commercial policy. It does not limit, replace, or reduce any stronger statutory rights you may have under applicable law, including EU withdrawal rights and legal defect remedies.

EU statutory rights preserved. If you are an eligible consumer in the EU or EEA, you may also have a legal right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to lawful exceptions.

Return eligibility. To be eligible for a return, the request must be submitted within the applicable period, the product must have been purchased directly from our official store, and the product must be returned with its major components and accessories and proof of purchase. The product must not be materially damaged due to misuse, abuse, modification, or unauthorized repair.

Reasonable inspection and diminished value. You may inspect the product as you would reasonably inspect it in a physical retail environment. If the product is returned with damage, contamination, excessive wear, missing parts, or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may reduce the refund to reflect diminished value where allowed by law.

Non-returnable items unless defective or required by law. We do not accept returns for personalized or custom-made items, gift cards or other non-refundable stored-value items, sealed goods not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery, or products damaged by accident, misuse, unauthorized modification, or improper handling.

How to start a return. Email info@healeex.com with your order number, full name, the item you want to return, the reason for return, and photos if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization reference. Do not send products back without authorization.

Return shipping costs. For non-defect returns under our commercial 30-day policy, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless we state otherwise in writing. If the return is due to our error, a confirmed defect, or a non-conformity covered by law, we will bear or reimburse reasonable standard return shipping costs as required by applicable law or as authorized by us in advance.

Inspection. After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm eligibility, condition, included components, and the applicable refund or warranty path.

Refund timing. For statutory EU withdrawal cases, we will reimburse without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice, but we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or receive evidence that you have sent them back, as permitted by law.

For approved commercial 30-day returns outside statutory withdrawal rights, we typically issue the refund within 10 business days after inspection and approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges. If you validly exercise a statutory withdrawal right, we will reimburse the product price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered at checkout, where required by applicable law. Premium, express, or upgraded delivery charges are not refunded unless required by law. For voluntary commercial returns outside statutory withdrawal rights, original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless we determine otherwise.

Duties, taxes, and customs charges. Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and similar charges paid directly to a customs authority or carrier are not refunded by us. If duties or import taxes were collected by us at checkout, any refund of those amounts will depend on the applicable legal route, the payment flow, and whether the amount has already been remitted.

Refund method. Refunds are made to the original payment method where possible. We do not issue cash refunds for online purchases unless required by law.

Exchanges. We generally do not process direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original item if eligible and place a new order.

Incorrect, damaged, or defective items. If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective, contact info@healeex.com as soon as possible. We may ask for photos, videos, batch or serial information, and a description of the issue.

Retailer purchases. If you purchased from an authorized retailer or distributor rather than directly from our official store, please contact that seller first. Their return policy may apply, though your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Model EU withdrawal notice. If you are exercising an EU statutory withdrawal right, you may send any unequivocal statement to info@healeex.com. You may also use the following wording:

"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale for the following goods: [insert goods/order number]. Ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Name: [insert]. Address: [insert]. Date: [insert]."

Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty applies to HEALEEX products purchased directly from our official online store unless a different written warranty is provided with a specific product.

Warranty period. We warrant the HEALEEX product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use for 2 years from the date of delivery to the original consumer purchaser.

Statutory rights preserved. This limited warranty is in addition to, and not instead of, any mandatory legal rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

What is covered. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures caused by defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period when the product has been used in accordance with the product instructions, safety guidance, and intended wellness use.

What is not covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper storage or transport after delivery, liquid exposure where not intended, unauthorized modification or repair, use outside the product instructions, or use with non-approved accessories or parts where such use caused or contributed to the issue. It also does not cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic wear that does not affect functionality. Accessories such as cables and chargers are covered where required by law or where defective on delivery. This warranty may be denied where product identification or serial markings have been removed, altered, or made illegible, where applicable. Nothing in this warranty limits any mandatory statutory consumer rights.

How to make a claim. To make a warranty claim, contact info@healeex.com and provide proof of purchase, your order number, any available product identification details, a description of the issue, and photographs or video if requested. We may first ask you to complete reasonable troubleshooting steps.

Warranty remedies. If your claim is eligible, we may, at our option, repair the product, replace it with the same or an equivalent item, or refund the purchase price if repair or replacement is unavailable, disproportionate, or unsuccessful.

Repair and replacement flow. We aim to complete warranty handling as quickly as reasonably possible. If a confirmed defect is not remedied within a reasonable time after authorized service intake, we may replace the product or refund the purchase price. If a confirmed defect is not resolved within 45 days after the product is received for authorized service, we may, at our option and subject to applicable law, replace the product or refund the purchase price.

Shipping for warranty claims. Do not ship a product to us unless we authorize the return. For confirmed covered defects, we will provide shipping instructions and, where applicable, reimburse or arrange reasonable standard shipping. We are not responsible for unapproved shipments.

Retailer purchases. If you purchased your product from an authorized retailer or distributor, contact that seller first for the initial return or warranty route unless local law requires otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this limited warranty does not cover indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of use, loss of business, or loss of profits.

Affiliate & Educator Compliance Policy

This section applies to all affiliates, ambassadors, creators, educators, influencers, publishers, resellers, sub-affiliates, distributors, and other promotional partners authorized to promote HEALEEX.

No person or entity may present itself as an authorized HEALEEX affiliate, educator, or promotional partner without our prior written approval.

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose any material connection with us when promoting HEALEEX products. If you receive commission, free products, discounts, compensation, or any other benefit, that relationship must be disclosed in a manner that is easy to notice and understand.

Because HEALEEX products are marketed through this store for general wellness and wellbeing purposes, you may not state or imply that a HEALEEX product diagnoses, treats, cures, mitigates, or prevents any disease or medical condition unless we have expressly authorized that exact claim in writing.

You may not make false or unsubstantiated performance claims, exaggerate expected results, use fake or manipulated testimonials, claim endorsements by doctors, clinics, regulators, or institutions without documented written authorization, or imply that scientific or R&D content is a clinical claim where it is not.

You may use only the brand assets, product images, copy, links, and offers that we approve. You may not alter or remove required warnings, disclaimers, or safety language.

You may not use spam, cookie stuffing, deceptive redirects, hidden tracking, unauthorized coupons, misleading domain names, impersonation, or unauthorized paid-search bidding on protected brand terms unless we expressly permit that in writing.

You are responsible for complying with applicable advertising, privacy, data-protection, endorsement, consumer-protection, and platform rules in all markets where you promote HEALEEX.

We may monitor compliance and, if we determine that you have violated this section, we may suspend or terminate your participation, withhold unpaid commissions, invalidate non-compliant transactions, require removal or correction of content, or take further legal action where appropriate.

Professional Use Notice

This section applies if HEALEEX content, samples, training materials, reseller materials, or product information are accessed or used by wellness professionals, coaches, retailers, distributors, clinics, spas, physiotherapists, or other business users.

Professional-facing or distributor-facing materials are provided for informational and commercial support purposes only. They do not create a clinical indication, medical authorization, or independent regulatory claim.

Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing for a specific product and market, HEALEEX products are not offered through this store as medical devices or as products for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of disease.

Professional use does not change the product’s official classification, intended use, safety documentation, or permitted claims.

If you are a professional user, reseller, distributor, clinic, retailer, or educator, you are solely responsible for complying with local advertising, health, consumer, ecommerce, and product laws; making only authorized claims; determining whether and how the product may lawfully be offered in your jurisdiction; and giving end users any legally required disclosures.
